The Mission:
Deliver flawless, crystal-clear audio across three theatres, with translation provided in both Japanese & English.

The Details:

Clarion is a long standing UK client, and having successfully delivered DSEI London for them twice, they approached us to support the Japanese edition of the show as well. For this project, we supplied our wireless headsets alongside a dedicated sound engineer who oversaw the full technical setup and live management throughout the event.

Headsets were essential due to the high levels of ambient noise on the show floor, where constant activity makes traditional audio delivery challenging. The sessions often involve highly technical, sensitive content, so ensuring every attendee could hear clearly was a priority. There was also a significant requirement for translation, with a global audience in attendance, meaning the headset system provided an effective way to accommodate multiple languages without disrupting the environment.

The Numbers:
800 headsets in constant rotation, to support sustained learning throughout the congress.

The Result:
Three theatres fully supported, all with seamless translation between Japanese and English audio across the entirety of the event.
