The Mission:
International Confex and the Event Production Show at ExCeL London bring together thousands of event professionals for two days of talks, panels and workshops. With multiple sessions running across the exhibition floor, the challenge was to deliver clear, focused audio in a busy and often noisy environment.
The Numbers:
Providing headsets across 16 Theatres across both the Confex and Event Production Show halls.
The Result:
Using silent seminar technology allowed organisers to maximise the number of theatres on the show floor without audio clash between sessions. Attendees could simply pick up a headset, tune in and move easily between talks throughout the day.
The Silent Seminars team supported the full theatre programme on site, ensuring every session ran smoothly and creating a focused, engaging learning environment for visitors across both events.
