Across London, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Hamburg, AWS required a conference audio solution capable of supporting multiple stages simultaneously while maintaining exceptional audio quality, accessibility and audience engagement. In fast paced, high attendance environments where dozens of sessions run side by side, clear communication is critical to the delegate experience.

Silent Seminars was selected to deliver large scale wireless headset technology across the European summit programme, ensuring every attendee could hear every speaker clearly, regardless of venue size or surrounding activity.

The Result:

By deploying Silent Seminars' multi channel wireless conference headset technology, AWS was able to maximise content delivery across all four events without sound clash between stages. Delegates could move freely between sessions, instantly tuning into the content most relevant to them while enjoying crystal clear audio throughout the venue.

The headset systems also played an important role in improving accessibility and inclusivity. Attendees could control their own listening experience through adjustable volume levels, while focused audio helped reduce background distractions in busy exhibition and conference environments. This created a more comfortable experience for international delegates, those with hearing challenges and neurodiverse attendees.
